Encuestanos is a a US hispanic panel put out by Global Test Market (GMI). To join you must be of hispanic descent. Their reward system works the same way their Global Test Market panel does. For each survey you complete, you receive "Market Points" and once you've reached 1000 points, you can order a check for $50.

I've been a member of Ipsos I-say for a while now, but I hadn't added it to list of paying surveys because until now they only offered sweepstakes reward. Well, great news! They changed over to a completely new rewards system. They pay you through a point system and you cash out with either gift certificates like Amazon.com or some cool merchandise.
