Global Test Marketing is my favorite survey company. You are rewarded through points, typically between 50 to 100 points per survey. Once you reach 1000 points ($50) you can request payment which is sent via check to your address. Their surveys are usually interesting and fun to complete and I've gotten plenty of them.
